CAPO: Kamasutra for Men

Male to Male Delights - Kamasutra for Men - Part 1 is an artist book by the Buenos Aires artist known as CAPO. Working in various artistic mediums, CAPO is not afraid of shocking with his work, or at least it is his purpose in making this 'fold-out' work to get a reaction as the pages are opened by the viewer. Each book has five images, and each image is intended to show a sexual situation from a different culture. The covers are made of wood. These images are serigraphs that are hand painted with watercolors - thus each book is somewhat different and unique. The book is created in a small limited edition of thirty. Influenced by the erotic woodblock prints of Asian artists of the past, CAPO has fashioned a work combining artistic tradition with the male to male erotic sensibility of today.
