Adam Vance: Curves

This is Adam Vance's debut exhibition as a professional artist and Gay Art Gallery is proud to show the work of this multi-talented man. Adam started drawing at the age of three, and always wanted to become an artist, never anything else. "Most people change their minds a million times but not me, it's always been the same dream for me." Aside from taking art classes in junior high, high school, and college, Adam is a self taught artist. "As a photographer I just take photos of what I like and I see things that others don't see. My photos are my way of expressing the beauty of the male form. I think my vision comes across very different and unique and I hope people like it." While Gay Art Gallery is featuring Adam's photos, he still does painting and drawing (one example below). He has an amazing visual sense in all of these artworks - Curves - his subjects and lighting highlight the curve of naked torsos, sexy round butts, faces and eyeglasses, and the play of light and shadow through window blinds as they create these languorous, exotic, erotic compositions.
